The selection of cafés, bars, and restaurants on campus serving full English or continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks was a delightful surprise. It felt like having a world-class culinary experience right at my doorstep, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Reception staff could improve their attentiveness.

I chose this hotel for my consultation because it provided a bar and a 24-hour business center. It was convenient to have these amenities on-site, especially for my work needs. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport and train station was a bonus.
The only service that was missing for my work needs was a dedicated meeting room or conference space. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could hold meetings and conduct business discussions.

The room was basic but wholesome, with a comfortable bed and nice fresh towels and bed linen. The on-suite had a good shower and there was plenty of storage space. The staff throughout the university were very friendly and helpful. The campus was beautifully landscaped and had a bustling atmosphere, even out of term time. There were nice places to eat and have a drink. The shared kitchen was available for use, and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Great disability access and everyone seemed respectfully helpful. Buses to Coventry and Leamington Spa departed directly outside the student's union several times per hour until late.
Felt cosy, no complaints.

Free Wi-Fi, parking, use of swimming pool, sauna and gym, conveniently located. Safety features were a plus. Grocery store, terrace, and garden were nice. On-site cafés, restaurants, and fitness centre were great. Coventry Transport Museum and National Motorcycle Museum were interesting.
Was really disappointed by the lack of unicorns roaming freely around the premises. Such a missed opportunity for a truly magical experience.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference and it exceeded my expectations. The bar provided a great place to unwind after a long day of meetings, and the 24-hour business center was incredibly convenient for last-minute work tasks. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport and train station made travel arrangements a breeze.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room for private discussions and presentations. Although the hotel had plenty of common areas for networking, a designated space for focused business discussions would have been beneficial.
